We ship to Mainland UK, plus the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands. We also ship to BFPO addresses and PO Boxes.

Please allow 5-10 working days for your order to arrive.  Shipping rate is a flat £6.99 *Postcode restrictions apply

Standard Shipping to our Mainland UK friends will take 4-7 business days (it may take a few extra days to deliver to islands and BFPO addresses). Next Business Day orders will arrive the next business day when you place your order by 2 pm GMT. Next Business Day orders placed after 2 pm will arrive on the second business day.

Rest of Europe*

Please allow 5-10 working days for your order to arrive.  

First, double check that there’s a space between the two sections of your postcode (for example, EC1Y8SY should be entered as EC1Y 8SY). Next, make sure your billing and shipping addresses are located in the same country (see below).

Returns & Exchanges

All return requests must be submitted by you within 30 days of receiving the order (in its entirety).

How to return any item:

Send an email to help@stikkar.com, including your name, address, and Order # and we’ll help you place the return.

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. We will also cover the cost of return so you are not out of pocket.

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at help@stikkar.com and we will be sure to get you the item you ordered!

Billing

We accept payment through PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.

International orders can incur taxes and duties. (Although this seldom happens,) Duties and taxes will be determined by the Customs agency within the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Duties and taxes will be based upon the value of the order.

Order Cancellation

Please email us at help@stikkar.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfilment centre processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.
